The former CAF Most Promising Talent is generating transfer interest from several teams in the top leagues in Europe after impressing for the national teams and CD Feirense.
Galatasaray are understood to be studying Etebo's football curriculum vitae ahead of a possible move in the summer transfer window.
The 21-year-old is also a target of Genclerbirligi S.K, while Manchester United, Arsenal , West Bromwich, Leicester City and Lyon have posted scouts to watch him this year.
He is in the final twelve months of his contract with CD Feirense, and the Portuguese club are prepared to sell the player for the right price.
