Chelsea Loanee Tammy Abraham's First Words As A Swansea City Player
Published: July 04, 2017
England U21 international Tammy Abraham is excited to complete his season-long loan move to Swansea City, and has targeted a place in their starting line-up when the new season begins next month.
The Chelsea striker effortlessly broke into the first team of Bristol City last term while on loan, and is confident he can do the same for The Swans.
Speaking to Swansea City's official website, Abraham said : ''I’m really excited, enjoyed my time at Bristol City last season, playing regular first-team football and scoring goals. Hopefully I can do the same at Swansea.
“I watched Swansea a lot last season when they played Chelsea and on TV.
''I know it was a difficult season for them at times, but you could see that they always try and play nice football.''
Abraham will link up with his new Swansea City teammates during the club’s tour of America, where they will face Philadelphia Union, Richmond Kickers and North Carolina in friendly matches.
