Abraham's proficiency in front of goal has been clear for fans to see as his finishing, movement and striking instincts were on display last season as the striker enjoyed a prolific 16/17 campaign where he scored 23 goals in the league and 26 overall for Bristol City.
He was also named EFL Young Player of the Month for September and ended the season as the highest scoring teenager in England's top four divisions.
Abraham was also reportedly wanted by numerous other clubs such as Leicester, Brighton and Newcastle United.
