Promising Nigerian Defender Aina To Train With Chelsea U18 Squad
Published: July 06, 2017
The talented English-born Nigerian defender Jordan Aina might train with Chelsea U18 team ahead of the forthcoming season.
Chelsea youth-team expert thechels.net says Faustino Anjorin and Jordan Aina stand a good chance of training with the Blues U18 squad during the pre-season.
Aina and fellow England U16 international of Nigerian descent Anjorin have been selected to train with the higher age group because of their physicality and they have the ability to play multiple positions.
The two wonderkids have yet to make their competitive debut for the star-studded Chelsea U18 team, which paraded the likes of Ike Ugbo and Tariq Uwakwe last season, but will make the next step up in their careers if they impress Jody Morris and Ed Brand during pre-season.
