One of the highlights of Arsenal FC's pre-season so far has been the impressive performances of 17 year old Reiss Nelson which, despite playing out of position, have included a Man of the Match award on the tour in Sydney, an assist against Benfica in the Emirates Cup victory and praise from Arsene Wenger, fans and the wider media.

Nelson has long been rated as one of the best young prospects around and has spent much of the last couple of seasons being fast-tracked through the age groups(including playing regularly for the U23s last season).
