Published: August 02, 2017
The English FA has confirmed a story first published by allnigeriasoccer.com two months ago that Nigeria star Victor Moses will not be suspended for this weekend's Community Shield between Arsenal and Chelsea.
The FA has now updated its website, stating that the right wing-back has been suspended for one match, but he will be available for the game against the Gunners on August 6.
Moses will serve his suspension in Chelsea's Premier League opener against Burnley at Stamford Bridge on August 12.
Of all the Chelsea players that were handed game time in pre-season, the 26-year-old spent the fourth most time on the pitch, 306 minutes in total, behind Azpilicueta , Cahill and Kante.
The Blues first team players will resume training at Cobham on Wednesday after they were given three days off by manager Antonio Conte.
