Ex-Chelsea Trialist Eddy Onazi Close To Joining The Blues For N1.9 Billion

Influential Nigeria international Eddy Onazi is attracting huge interest from EFL Championship side Birmingham City, according to matching press reports in England and Turkey.
Birmingham City manager Harry Redknapp has confirmed that The Blues are working on a deal to sign the central midfielder.
It has been claimed that the St Andrew's outfit have already finalized a fee with Turkish Super Lig club Trabzonspor, believed to be in the region of four million pounds (N1.9 billion).
Since breaking into the scene in 2009, Onazi has been consistently linked with a switch to an English club.
The 24-year-old trained with Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur in 2010, but a deal could not be reached with both teams because of work permit issues.
