Four players of Nigerian descent in the shape of Tobi Omole, Joseph Olowu, Folarin Balogun and James Olayinka started for the Young Gunners, while England youth-team goalkeeper Arthur Okonkwo was a non-playing substitute.
A hat-trick from Smith Rowe (3), plus goals form Medley (2) and Balogun saw Arsenal romp to victory over their London neighbours.
As early as the first minute, Balogun netted his second of the campaign after he was found by Daley-Campbell.
The highly-rated midfielder had scored a consolation goal for Arsenal in their 4-1 loss to Fulham on the opening day of the season.
