In the early kickoff, Tosin Adarabioyo was not involved in Manchester City's 2-1 win at Jordon Ibe's AFC Bournemouth. The former England U21 international watched proceedings from the bench.
Former Flying Eagles invitee Freddie Ladapo was not in Crystal Palace's squad versus Swansea City at Selhurst Park (London).
The Welsh team earned a 2-0 win, with Chelsea loanee Tammy Abraham scoring his first-ever goal in the English top-flight after 44 minutes. The England U21 international subbed out with 12 minutes left on the clock.
