The Everton loanee opened the scoring in the third minute, and made the score 2-2 after 77 minutes. He was shown a yellow card in the 59th minute.
Across the border in France, former Nigeria international Vincent Enyeama was missing from the Lille squad that were held to a goalless draw by Bordeaux.
