Published: January 13, 2018Norwich City are into the last sixteen of the prestigious FA Youth Cup after digging deep in extra time to claim a 4-2 win over Derby County on Friday at Carrow Road.
Two players of Nigerian descent, Republic of Ireland U18 international Adam Idah and central defender Timi Odusina, started for the home team.
Morgan Whittaker gave Derby County an early lead in the fourth minute, but Alan Fleming equalized for Norwich City with a close range effort before Jayden Bogle scored a brilliant goal from a free-kick to restore the Rams advantage.
Kamal equalized from the spot in the 80th minute and took the game into extra-time.
