Published: January 20, 2018
Allnigeriasoccer.com has been informed that Abdullahi Shehu is poised to end his sixteen-month collaboration with Cypriot First Division club Anorthosis Famagusta in the coming days.
The Super Eagles right-back has already agreed a two-and-a-half-year contract with Bursaspor and is expected to unveiled by the Turkish Super Lig side as from Monday.
Shehu will hit the jackpot when he completes his transfer to Bursaspor as he is expected to take home 500,000 euros every year or €1.25m (N541.2 million) over the duration of his contract, and that figure does not include bonuses.
Anorthosis Famagusta will be paid 300,000 euros for agreeing to shred their contract with the Nigerian five months before its expiration.
The former Kano Pillars star made 47 appearances in total for the Cypriot club, scoring 2 goals and providing two assists.
Shehu has also defended the colours of CF União Madeira and Al-Qadisiya.
