Nigerian Midfielder Scores And Assists As Chelsea Are Crowned U18 PL South Champs

Chelsea have been crowned U18 Premier League South champions for the fourth year running after thrashing West Ham 5-1 at Little Heath Sports Ground (Romford, Essex) on Saturday afternoon, with talented Nigerian midfielder Faustino Anjorin scoring and providing an assist.
Faustino Anjorin and Tariq Uwakwe started for the Young Blues, Ajibola Alese made the Hammers starting eleven, while Tyreece-Walters and goalkeeper Daniel Jinadu were unused substitutes.
A brace from Charlie Brown, plus additional tallies from Anjorin and Gilmour gave the visitors a 4-0 lead at the interval.
On 27 minutes, Brown doubled Chelsea's advantage after he was fed by Anjorin and the Nigerian was involved in the build up to his team's third goal when his effort was parried by the goalkeeper, before he scored the last goal of the half in the 40th minute.
Uwakwe had two chances to increase the lead in the second half before Gallagher scored Chelsea's fifth in the 62nd minute.
Chelsea will most likely face Manchester United for the national title, the Red Devils were leading 1-0 in the derby against City as at the time of this report.
