Victor Moses has lavished praise on the Chelsea team after their hard-fought 1-0 win over Swansea City in a Premier League encounter at the Liberty Stadium on Saturday evening.
The former champions got fresh hope that they would qualify for next season's Champions League after beating the Swans thanks to Cesc Fabregas's fourth minute goal and their next opponents Liverpool played out a goalless draw with Stoke City.
For the third game in a row in all competitions, the in-form Moses went the distance and his great performance helped Chelsea pick up a win.
Writing on Twitter, Moses stated: ''Massive 3 points yesterday! On to the next 💪🏿 #CFC''.
The Blues number fifteen spent the 2013-14 season on loan at Liverpool, scoring 2 goals in 22 appearances.
