A round-up of Nigerian players that were in action for their respective clubs in the final day round of the 2017/2018 English Premier League season on Sunday, 13th May.
Nigerian players with dual nationalities and have played competitively for the senior national teams of other countries have been omitted.
We start off at Turf Moor where Nigeria Football Federation target, Jordon Ibe put in a full shift for Bournemouth in their 2-1 win over Burnley.
Goals from Callum Wilson and Joshua King secured the victory while Chris Wood scored for the Clarets.
At the John Smith's Stadium, Arsenal recorded their first league away win of 2018 in a 1-0 victory in Arsene Wenger's final game with the club.
Huddersfield midfielder of Nigerian descent, Philip Billing replaced Steve Mounie after 79 minutes for the hosts while Super Eagles winger, Alex Iwobi made way for Ainsley Maitland-Niles in the 72nd minute.
Over to the Anfield Stadium where Liverpool trounced Brighton 4-0.
Another NFF target, Dominic Solanke hit a brilliant goal for the Reds to go with strikes from Mohamed Salah, Croatian defender, Dejan Lovren and Andy Robertson while the Nigerian was in action for the full game.
Chelsea suffered a chastening 3-0 defeat at the hands of Newcastle at the Sports Direct Arena, no thanks to a double from Ayoze Perez and a goal from Dwight Gayle.

There were no places for another Nigerian courted player, Stefano Okaka in the Watford team that traveled to Old Trafford while Manchester United's starlets, Tosin Kehinde and Matthew Olosunde were not handed selections for the final league game of their side.
