Victor Moses Ahead Of FA Cup Final Vs Man Utd : Nothing To Prove Against Mourinho

Victor Moses believes he has nothing to prove against Jose Mourinho when Chelsea trade tackles with Manchester United in the final of the Emirates FA Cup at the National Stadium in London on Saturday, May 19.
The Portuguese gaffer did not trust Moses to deliver when he was appointed manager of the Blues for a second time in 2013 and one of the early decisions he took was to send the Nigerian on loan to Liverpool.
With Mourinho still in charge, the Super Eagles star still faced an uncertain future at Stamford Bridge after he was loaned out to Stoke City and West Ham before he won the confidence of current manager Antonio Conte during pre-season training ahead of the 2016-2017 campaign.
''No, to be honest, I just want to play my football, it’s got nothing to do with Jose,'' Moses was quoted as saying by goal.com.
“It’s only about that I’m a Chelsea player, I want to win the final, that’s the most important thing."
Chelsea signed Davide Zappacosta last summer to provide competition for Moses but the Italian has not found it easy displacing the Nigerian Player of the Year as the club's first choice right wing-back.
''Definitely, there is competition everywhere, good players everywhere, so whenever you start, you have got to enjoy it. If you take your foot off the gas, that’s you out.
''I just want to work hard, that’s the most important thing, help my team-mates, and win as many games as we can,'' added Moses.
