Official: Northern Ireland Youth-Teamer Goes Pro With Manchester United
Published: May 21, 2018
Northern Ireland U17 international Ethan Galbraith has penned his first professional contract with Manchester United, the Red Devils write on their official webpage.
The Belfast native joined United in July 2017 from Linfield and helped the club win the Under-18 Premier League North title in the recently concluded season.
''It's a proud moment for me and my family. Growing up as a young kid, obviously I always wanted to play football - especially for the biggest club in the world as well,'' Galbraith told Man Utd's official website.
"I'm very proud and just want to push on from here. It's been a great year. We won the league but, obviously, that's a bonus. I just struck it well against City.

''I didn't know what to do when I was celebrating because it was my first goal for the club as well, but it was very exciting!''
Ethan Galbraith made 15 appearances, including ten starts, for Manchester United in the U18 Premier League during the 2017-18 campaign.
