What Super Eagles Fans Are Saying After Argentina's Loss To Croatia

Much fancied Argentina could be dumped out of the 2018 FIFA World Cup at the first round for the first time since 2002 following their shocking capitulation to their group rivals, Croatia yesterday at the Stadion Nizhny in Novgorod.

The two-time world champions went down 3-0 to the Croats courtesy of second half goals from Ante Rebic, Luka Modric and Ivan Rakitic to consign the South Americans to the heavy defeat.

The result meant they lie in third on the group standings with a point and a three-goal deficit and will be leapfrogged by Nigeria if the African giants beat Iceland later today.
