FIFA U20 WWC: Adebisi Handed Iconic Number 10 Jersey Previously Worn By Chikwelu, Okobi

Nigeria Women's National U20 coach, Christopher Danjuma, has announced a 21-player roster for the forthcoming 2018 FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup in France.
An analysis of the roster revealed that three goalkeepers, six defenders, seven midfielders and five strikers will represent Nigeria in the tournament which begins on August 5.
Nasarawa Amazons and FC Robo have contributed the most players to the roster with four each, followed by Rivers Angels and Edo Queens with three players each, Ibom Angels, Confluence Queens and Sunshine Queens two each, while Capital City Dove's Christy Ucheibe is the only player selected from her club.
The Falconets star player Rasheedat Ajibade will suit up with the number eight jersey, goalkeeper Onyinyechukwu Okeke number one, Joy Duru number nine, and Adebisi Saheed will wear the number ten kit.
The famous number ten shirt was previously worn by the skillful trio : Rita Chikwelu (2008), Ngozi Okobi (2012) and Halimatu Ayinde (2014).
Nigeria will open group play against Germany at Stade Marville, Saint-Malo on August 6 followed by games against Haiti (August 9) and China PR (August 13).
