Official: Ex-Seattle Sounders Striker Okoli Moves To Norwegian Club Jerv
Through a statement on their official website, Norwegian OBOS-ligaen side FK Jerv have announced that they have completed the signing of Nigerian striker Sean Okoli.

Okoli, who has played with stars like David Villa and Andre Pirlo, has penned a deal that will keep him at Jerv until the end of the 2018 season.

The attacker has joined the second-tier club from Swedish Superettan team Landskrona BoIS.

He has also played for Seattle Sounders FC,  Orange County Blues, FC Cincinnati, New England Revolution and New York City in his country of birth, United States.

In the 2016 season, Okoli was named the Most Valuable Player in the United Soccer League and named to the Team of the Season after scoring 16 goals in the regular season for  FC Cincinnati.

The 25-year-old has trained with the United States U18 and U20 national teams in the past, but remains eligible to turn out for Nigeria.
