Chelsea Striker Joins Leeds United, Subject To Routine Medical
Published: August 30, 2018EFL Championship high-flyers Leeds United are on the verge of confirming the signing of former England U20 international Izzy Brown on a season-long loan from Chelsea.
Brown was pictured on Thursday arriving at Bradford Airport ahead of his imminent move to Leeds United.
The 21-year-old would become the third Chelsea player signed by Leeds United in the summer transfer window, following in the footsteps of goalkeeper Jamal Blackman and midfielder Lewis Baker.
He was loaned out to Brighton & Hove Albion for the entirety of last season but his loan spell was cut short after suffering an anterior cruciate ligament injury.
The Peterborough native helped Huddersfield Town gain promotion to the Premier League in the 2016-2017 campaign.
Brown can multiple offensive roles including left winger, right winger, attacking midfielder, center forward and support striker.
