Premier League legends William Gallas, Steve McManaman, Robert Pirès and Louis Saha were among the stars on parade for Premier League Masters.

Ex-Liverpool midfielder David Thompson and ex-Chelsea star William Gallas struck to earn the Premier League Masters a two-goal lead but Lomana LuaLua gave the Africans hope when he halved the deficit before the interval.

In the second half, Manchester United legend Saha and Arsenal hero Robert Pirès bagged braces, Kanu, who had switched sides in the second half made it 7-2, plus Omer Riza's goal gave the Premier League Masters a comprehensive win in the end.

Former Chelsea ace Michael Essien, Yakubu Aiyegbeni and LuaLua netted for the African team in the second stanza.

The charity game, which was organized by Kanu Heart Foundation, was held to raise money to build a new cardiac center in Nigeria which can take care of kids with heart conditions.
