Very promising Nigerian midfielder Faustino Anjorin has been rewarded with a new deal by Premier League giants Chelsea, allnigeriasoccer.com reports.
Anjorin is widely regarded as the best young talent of Nigerian descent currently on the books of the Stamford Bridge outfit and it was a foregone conclusion that he would sign a new contract this month after turning seventeen years on November 23.
Tino has penned his first professional contract with Chelsea, a decade after his arrival at the London club.
Confirming the new deal, he posted on Instagram : ''Delighted to have signed my first professional contract with @chelseafc 🙌🏾⚽️''.
The Poole-born box-to-box midfielder has been hogging the headlines in the last two months after scoring in seven successive games for Chelsea's youth teams and his goal-scoring streak only ended on his birthday when he failed to find the net in a 1-1 draw vs Tottenham Hotspur U23s after coming off the bench.
Faustino Anjorin has represented England at U16, U17 and U18 level.
