Round up of the Nigerian players that were on target for their respective clubs in matches across Europe on Friday, December 14.

Mikel Agu's wait for his first goal in Vitória Setúbal's colours is finally over after registering his name on the scoresheet in his team's 3-1 loss to Portimonense at the  Estádio Municipal de Portimão.

The defensive midfielder's 60th minute goal was his maiden goal for the Setubal based club after 45 matches.

Mikel popped up to nod home a corner kick swung into the danger zone by éber; his sixth professional goal since moving to Europe from BJ Foundation Academy.

Elsewhere, Nigeria international Victor Osimhen took his tally for the season to nine goals in all competitions as Sporting Charleroi claimed a 2-0 win over a Gent side containing Anderson Esiti and Taiwo Awoniyi.
