Confirmed: Chelsea Winger Victor Moses Joins Turkish Giants Fenerbahce On Loan
Published: January 23, 2019Allnigeriasoccer.com has been informed that Fenerbahce are on the verge of announcing the capture of former Nigeria international Victor Moses.
The Yellow Canaries and Chelsea earlier reached an agreement for the transfer of the winger and there are no more stumbling blocks in negotiations after the player agreed personal terms with the Turkish Super Lig powerhouse.
Victor Moses arrived in Istanbul on Wednesday evening, accompanied by his wife, to finalize a five-month loan deal with Fenerbahce.
A couple of Premier League clubs had been interested in the 28-year-old but pulled out of a potential deal due to his high wages.
Fenerbahce stole a march on their rivals after they agreed to cover the entirety of Moses's wages for the remainder of the season, approximately £2.86m.
This is the fourth time since the right winger's arrival at Stamford Bridge that he has been farmed out on loan, with previous stints at Liverpool, Stoke City and West Ham United.
