Photo Confirmation: Liverpool Snap Up Young Polish Goalkeeper
Published: February 15, 2019English Premier League side Liverpool have bolstered their youth team ranks with the signing of Polish goalkeeper Oliver Karolak.
Polish journalist Bartek Lodko of mlodziezowyfutbol.pl has informed that goalkeeper Oliver Karolak joined Liverpool after signing a contract.
The youngster would be hoping to follow in the footsteps of ex-Poland star Jerzy Dudek who was in goal when Liverpool beat AC Milan in the final of the Champions League back in the 2004-2005 season.
Dudek featured in 186 official matches for The Reds, posting 78 shutouts and also won the FA Cup, League Cup and Community Shield during his six-year spell at Anfield.
Poland U21 goalkeeper Kamil Grabara was loaned out by Liverpool to Danish club AGF in the January transfer window.
