Nigeria-Eligible Striker On Target As Liverpool Advance To Women's FA Cup Quarter-Finals
Liverpool Women beat  Millwall Lionesses 2-0 at Prenton Park (Birkenhead, Merseyside) on Sunday to progress to the quarterfinal of the SSE Women's FA Cup.

England U20 star of Nigerian descent Rinsola Babajide justified her inclusion in the Reds starting line-up by registering her name on the scoresheet in the 67th minute.

She caused Millwall Lionesses problems throughout the game and came close to scoring on three occasions before her powerful left-footed shot ended up in the back of the net.

Fourteen minutes from time, she was unlucky not to increase the lead after seeing her effort hit the post.

Babajide made her professional debut for Milwall Lionesses and spent two years with the London club before transferring to Watford Ladies.

The 20-year-old has also scored in this season's WSL Cup and Women's Super League.
