Vendsyssel's Nigerian Striker Who Scored Five Goals In A Single Game This Season Misses Trip To Vejle
Vendsyssel's Nigerian striker Emmanuel Ifeanyi Ogude will not be available for selection when his team face Vejle Boldklub in the Danish Superliga on Saturday afternoon.

Manager Jens Askou has not named Ogude in the 19-man provisional squad list after he failed to recover from an injury.

The 24-year-old has not done badly since his move to Denmark in the 2015 and is one goal shy of reaching the double-digit mark for goals for the third straight season.

He etched his name into the history books of Vendsyssel when he netted five goals in a Sydbank Pokalen second round clash against Egen UI in September 2018.

Ogude represented Maccabi Petah Tikva, Hapoel Ashkelon, Maccabi Kiryat Gat and Boldklubben af 1893 prior to his shift to Vendsyssel in the summer of 2017.

Meanwhile, Super Eagles invitee Paul Onuachu helped Midtjylland claim a 2-1 win at Hobro on Friday evening, providing an assist for his team's first goal in the 25th minute.
