Ex-Wigan Midfielder Names Victor Moses As One Of The Good Players He Has Played With
Former Wigan Athletic midfielder Daniel Redmond has named Victor Moses as one of the good players he has played with so far in his career.

Now on the books of Welsh Premier League side New Saints, Redmond and Moses spent two and a half years together at Wigan and the Nigerian stood out before transferring to Chelsea.

While the former Super Eagles star appeared in 80 first-team games for The Latics, Redmond found it difficult breaking into the team, playing only four matches across five seasons.

Speaking to World Football Index, Redmond said : ''At Wigan Athletic I played with many good players, in particular James McCarthy and James McArthur, and not forgetting Victor Moses who is doing well now.

''Charles N’Zogbia was also a very tricky winger. They also helped me too''.

Moses joined Wigan Athletic, then in the English Premier League, in January 2010 from Crystal Palace, where he had spent nine years.

Prior to his temporary move to Fenerbahce in the winter transfer market, Moses had enjoyed loan spells at Liverpool, West Ham and Stoke City.
