LaLiga Santander's Top Scoring Teen Chukwueze Shortlisted For Best Player GW 30

Villarreal winger Samuel Chukwueze has been shortlisted for the best player of match day 30 in LaLiga Santander by the official website of La Liga.

The Nigeria international had one of his best performances in a Villarreal shirt on Tuesday, April 2nd as they played out an entertaining 4-4 draw with the champions Barcelona, scoring his side's first goal and producing an assist for the second.

Joining Chukwueze on the shortlist for best player of match day 30 are Pablo Sarabia (Sevilla FC), Mikel Oyarzabal (Real Sociedad) and Dani Parejo (Valencia CF).

Born May 22, 1999, the 2015 U17 World Cup winner is the joint-highest scoring teenager in this season's LaLiga Santander with four goals along with SD Huesca's Colombian Cucho Hernández.

While Chukwueze scored his four goals in 19 games, the South American has been involved in 28 games in the top flight.

The Diamond Academy product is the second youngest Nigerian player to score in La Liga, behind former Granada starlet Isaac Success.
