Another Key Golden Eaglets Player Axed From 21-Man AFCON Roster; Bournemouth GK Surfaces
Allnigeriasoccer.com understands that another key player has been axed from the Golden Eaglets traveling party to Tanzania this week.

Midfielder Tunde Akinsola, who started all the four matches at the 2018 WAFU-UFOA Zone B qualifiers, was dropped after failing the mandatory magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) test.

It is a big blow to the youngster as he had hoped to put himself in the shop window during the Africa U17 Cup of Nations.

Akinsola's advisers had rejected a preliminary contract from an unnamed European club because they thought his market value would increase after the tournament in Tanzania.

Meanwhile, Bournemouth U16 star Joseph Oluwabusola surfaced in camp few days ago and it is confirmed that he has been included in the 21-man squad largely due to the fact that first-choice goalkeeper John Amah failed the MRI test.

Two members of the WAFU-UFOA Zone B winning squad -defender Muhammed Ibrahim and midfielder Hassan Hussain - were unsuccessful in the MRI tests and will not be on the plane to Tanzania as from Wednesday, April 10.
