'What Happens To His 'Son' Jorginho Left Behind' - Chelsea Nigerian Fans React To Sarri's Departure
Published: June 16, 2019
Chelsea and Italian champions Juventus have reached an agreement for the termination of Maurizio Sarri's contract with the Premier League side before its expiration.
Sarri has returned to Italy where he will take over the reins at Juventus with a contract until June 30, 2022.
The 60-year-old guided Chelsea to the Europa League title, third place in the Premier League and the final of the League Cup where they lost to Manchester City.
Chelsea's Nigerian fans have taken to social media to react to the departure of the Italian :
@akinolarj : ''Maurizio #Sarri now at Juventus. What happens to his "son" Jorginho left behind at Chelsea?''.
@muyiwhar : ''Farewell Maurizio Sarri... Sad we wouldn't be able to see if your philosophy was going to work in the second season or not.. Thanks to Chelsea for giving you the opportunity to finally win a trophy after all these years.. Good luck for the future''.
@RockyWilliscfc : ''Now that #sarri has gone. #cfc we ain't selling #jorginho for no reason, he stays.''
@PemiPo_Official : ''Came like a cigarette almost losing its light from Napoli, Chelsea puffed him back with a spark of their light and gave him his first ever career trophy and he left like a drag from cigarette smoke.''
@Adewuniholluwah : ''Good bye #sarri #sarriball Good luck with your new adventure at juventus #CFC #juventus''.
@aderopoafo : ''Jorginho should follow Sarri back to Juventus''.
@geffanga : ''Thanks #Sarri we've had more than enough of the predictability of #sarriball.''
@mmekid_mfon : ''Adios #Sarri, thank you for your efforts last season and all the best at Juventus.''

@ozoemena_nonso : ''Sarri won, Chelsea lost! #Sarri''.
@keanxley : ''sarri has just packed his load .so happy . i have told people that this philosophy doesnt work for us. goodluck to him @juventusfc''.
@Shina_erico : ''Still Sarri is not the best Chelsea need. You can’t be loosing Bournemouth and Everton woefully and expect us to like you. We are used to winning. We are not arsenal, we are Chelsea''.
@is_zarah : ''The fact is Sarri knows he won’t be able to win the premier league with Chelsea with ban and also with clubs like Manchester City and Liverpool ready to spend anything to win the league and fear of getting sack later, so the man picked peaceful option with guarantee league trophy''.
