England and Chelsea legend Frank Lampard has officially become the Blues manager after signing a three-year contract with the club.

Lampard is the player with the most career goals in a Chelsea shirt, netting 211 goals from 648 appearances for the Stamford Bridge outfit before joining Manchester City.
