Inter Milan-Linked Winger Victor Moses Reveals The Club He Will Play For In The New Season
Published: July 04, 2019
Chelsea-owned winger Victor Moses has revealed the club he will be playing for in the new season amid speculation linking him with a summer move to Inter Milan.
It was earlier suggested that new coach of the Nerazzurri, Antonio Conte would love to work again with his former pupil but the latest development is that the Serie A club captured Valentino Lazaro from Hertha Berlin on Monday, which effectively ended their pursuit of the Nigerian.
Moses penned a one-and-a-half-year loan contract with Fenerbahce in the January transfer window and the agreement between Chelsea and the Super Lig side, if honoured, keeps him in Istanbul until June next year.
Having reported for pre-season training earlier this week, the former Super Eagles star intends to see out his contract with Fenerbahce.
Speaking to Turkish sports daily Fanatik, Moses said : ''I will be wearing a Fenerbahce shirt next season. I am not thinking of leaving this summer.''
The 28-year-old recorded 14 appearances for Fenerbahce in the Super Lig last term, netting four times, his highest league goal tally in seven years.
