Official : Former Liverpool Winger Amoo Joins Port Vale On One-Year Deal
Published: July 08, 2019League Two club Port Vale have announced the signing of David Amoo from Cambridge United.
The Liverpool product has inked a one-year contract with The Valiants and is the seventh player to be signed by the club in the summer transfer window.
Amoo began his career at Millwall Academy and has previously played for MK Dons, Hull City, Bury, Preston North End, Tranmere Rovers, Carlisle United and Partick Thistle apart from the aforementioned clubs.
The 28-year-old told Port Vale's official website : ''I'm very happy to be here and looking forward to getting going.
''It's a great stadium and I've played here a few times and it always has a good atmosphere. I'm looking forward to being amongst it."
The pacy winger has made over 190 appearances in the Football League, scoring 25 goals.
Amoo made one appearance for Liverpool, against Rabotnicki in a Europa League qualifier in July 2010, before leaving the Anfield club in 2012.
