Chelsea Loanee Moses Delighted To Face Real Madrid, Bayern Despite Fenerbahce Leaking 11 Goals
Published: August 01, 2019
Chelsea loanee Victor Moses was delighted that Fenerbahce faced Real Madrid and Bayern Munich as part of their preparations for the 2019-2020 season.
The Yellow Canaries conceded 11 goals against the European giants, losing 6-1 to the German champions while they were beaten 5-3 by Real Madrid on Wednesday.
Moses was named in the starting line-up vs Bayern and came off the bench in the 57th minute against Real Madrid.
'Yeah it is a good tournament playing against the likes of Bayern Munich and Real Madrid,'' Moses told Fenerbahce TV after yesterday's Audi Cup third place match at the Allianz Arena (München).
''But the most important thing is to get the fitness, it is all about fitness and it's all about how well you have done.
''We have to take the positives out of the tournament, I thought we've done very well today, we are looking forward to the season.''
