The new acquisition becomes Jurgen Klopp's third summer signing and he will serve as backup to Alisson Becker in the coming season following the departure of Simon Mignolet to Club Brugge.
The news was gladly received by many Liverpool fans in Nigeria, but some believe the Reds could do better in their search for Mignolet's replacement.
