Official : Chelsea Number 10 Inks New Three-Year Contract
Published: August 07, 2019Through a statement on their official website, Chelsea have confirmed that Ji So-Yun has committed her long-term future to Chelsea Women by signing a new contract.
The new contract will keep the South Korea international at the Blues until the summer of 2022.
The 28-year-old So-Yun was in the South Korea side beaten 2-0 by Nigeria in the Women's World Cup two months ago.
The Chelsea Women number ten has scored 56 career goals in 136 appearances since her move to Stamford Bridge in 2015.
She lifted the FA WSL and FA Women's Cup Double in the 2014-15 and 2017-18 seasons.
So-Yun represented Asian clubs INAC Kobe Leonessa, Hanyang Women's University and Dongsan Info & Industry HS prior to her move to Chelsea.
