It's international break and countries across the world are involved in various competitions.

The Super Eagles of Nigeria will tackle the Yellow-Blue of Ukraine in an international friendly next week.

The game will be Nigeria's first match after AFCON 2019, where they finished third behind Senegal and Algeria in Egypt, and Gernot Rohr has added four new faces to his latest squad.

Judging by the current form of invited players, has compiled a list of four players to monitor during the encounter.

1. Victor Osimhen

Osimhen is arguably the most in-form Nigeria striker in Europe after scoring four goals in four Ligue 1 games.

He is tipped to become the team's leading striker following Odion Ighalo's retirement from international matches and all eyes will be on him to see if he is truly up to the task.

2. Joe Aribo

Tagged as Mikel Obi's replacement among the Super Eagles fanbase, the newly invited youngster is another player who will be monitored by fans.

The Glasgow Rangers midfielder is in great form with Gerrard's team and he is one player who fans will want to analyze his performance during and after the encounter.

3. Alex Iwobi

Iwobi has been an improved player since his switch to the Goodison Park. The 23-year-old seemed to have added goals to his game having scored two goals in  three games in all competitions.

Super Eagles fans can't wait to see him continue his newfound goalscoring form with the national team, and how he will partner with Aribo at the middle of pitch.

4. Ahmed Musa

Ahmed Musa will play his first game as the team's official captain since the retirement of Mikel Obi. Many fans will love to see if he possesses all it takes to captain the team on the field of play.
