Fourth Fastest Player At Chelsea : Tomori's Position In Pecking Order Of Central Defenders Revealed By EA Sports
Published: September 12, 2019Nigeria Football Federation target Fikayo Tomori has a big challenge on his hands as he aims to break into the starting line-up of Chelsea, if the official FIFA 20 ratings are anything to go by.
With an overall rating of 72, the Canadian-born youngster is last in the pecking order of central defenders behind Antonio Rudiger, Kurt Zouma, Andreas Christensen and Michael Hector, who has agreed a permanent switch to Fulham in January 2020.
Germany star Rudiger is the top- rated Chelsea center back at 82, followed by Zouma (80), Christensen (80) and Hector (72).
Tomori's best attribute is his pace with a rating of 80, and he is the fourth fastest player at Chelsea behind Christian Pulisic (90), Willian (85) and Hudson-Odoi (85) in that skillset.
The 21-year-old has a shooting rating of 35, 55 passing and 66 dribbling while he got 71 defending and 71 physicality.
With first choice center back Rudiger expected to return to Chelsea's starting line-up against Wolverhampton Wanderers on Saturday, it remains to be seen if Tomori will be included in the matchday 18.
He was a non-playing substitute in the opening three matches of the new Premier League season before making his full debut against Sheffield United on August 31.
