Arsenal's Balogun, Reading's Olise Nominated For PL 2 September POTM Award

Arsenal striker Folarin Balogun has received a nomination for the Premier League 2 Player of the Month award for September 2019 following his impressive performances.
Another player with Nigerian blood flowing in his veins in Reading's Michael Olise is also up for the award.
Completing the shortlist are Callum Slattery (Southampton), Antony Evans (Everton), George Hirst (Leicester City), James Garner (Manchester United), Rosaire Longelo (Newcastle United) and Anthony Scully (West Ham United).
Last month, Balogun contributed to five goals (3 goals, 2 assists) for Arsenal in the Premier League 2, including a brace against Wolverhampton Wanderers on matchday six.
The 18-year-old was on the bench when the first team thrashed Nottingham Forest 5-0 in the Carabao Cup ten days ago.
France U18 international Michael Olise appeared in three games for Reading in the Premier League 2 last month and found the net on two occasions while providing three assists.
The winner, chosen by the Premier League Football Development panel, will be announced on Friday 11th October.
