Real Madrid The Latest Club Linked With Former Man Utd Youngster Likened To Mbappe
Published: October 05, 2019Spanish giants Real Madrid are the latest club linked with a move for Nigerian striker Ademipo Odubeko.
Don Balon claims that Odubeko's availability has reached the ears of Los Blancos president Florentino Pérez, who has signed some of the most promising talents in the world such as Rodrygo Goes, Vinicius, Kubo and Martin Odegaard in recent seasons, and he wants the player.
Remarkably, Odubeko is still without a club after he decided not to pen a scholarship with Manchester United in the summer.
The Spanish publication says he has been compared to Kylian Mbappé at his age.
Real Madrid face competition from West Ham, Atlético Madrid and Juventus in the race to sign the highly-rated teenager.
The 16-year-old scored no fewer than 35 goals for Manchester United's youth teams last season and made his debut in the U18 Premier League as a schoolboy.
Although he has represented Republic of Ireland youth team, he is not provisionally cap-tied to the European nation.
