Huddersfield In Pole Position To Beat Leicester, Reading To Talented Nigerian Striker
Allnigeriasoccer.com can exclusively report that Championship outfit Huddersfield Town are in pole position to beat Leicester City and Reading to promising Nigerian striker Josh Eke.

Eke has been offered a scholarship by the Terriers with effect from the 2020-2021 season following a successful trial and the attacker traveled with the U17 team for the Youth Alliance match against Doncaster Rovers on Saturday.

The U16 player is eligible to play for Nigeria through his parents and can choose to represent Republic of Ireland as he lived in the country before moving to the United Kingdom.

Eke trained with East Soccer Base in London and took part in a showcase where he was picked up by Reading, Leicester and Huddersfield Town scouts.

The talented teenager has yet to decide if he will pursue the other trial opportunities at The Foxes and Royals.

Meanwhile, Andre Silveira Edionhon, who trained with the Golden Eaglets in Abuja, is back from international duty and started for Huddersfield against Doncaster Rovers U18s.
