Real Madrid To Rival Barcelona, Chelsea, Liverpool, Tottenham for Osimhen
Published: January 03, 2020European giants Real Madrid are the latest club linked with a move for Nigeria international Victor Osimhen.
Respected Spanish sports publication, Marca
has revealed that the 21-year-old is one of the Lille players the Los
Blancos outfit are exploring ways of signing anytime soon, his other two
teammates drawing attentions being Gabriel and Boubakary Soumaré.
Osimhen joined Lille last summer after impressing with Sporting Charleroi in Belgium and has emerged as one of the hottest strikers in Europe this season after scoring 13 goals and laying on another three in his debut season for the Ligue 1 club.
Premier League clubs Chelsea, Liverpool and Tottenham have all been credited in the striker, as well as La Liga side Barcelona who are now set to be rivaled for his signature by Los Merengues.
While he is currently valued at €30 million, as per transfermarket, Lille's higher-ups have reiterated that they are unwilling to part with their prized asset in this winter window.
The advances could come as a welcome one to Osimhen who revealed he has nursed a long-held dream of turning out for Real Madrid in future.
