Confirmed : Burnley Loan Out Promising Nigerian Winger
Published: January 07, 2020Both Burnley and Curzon Ashton Football Club have confirmed that promising Nigerian winger Tunde Bayode will be spending the remainder of the 2019-2020 season on loan at The Nash, allnigeriasoccer.com reports.
The 20-year-old was a regular for the Clarets U23 team last term and was offered fresh terms at the end of the season.
Bayode will be familiar to the Tameside Stadium as it is the venue used by Burnely U23 side for their home matches.
All things being equal, the attacking wide player could make his debut for Curzon Ashton when they take on Boston United in the National League North tonight.
With Curzon Ashton 20th in the 22-team table, Bayode will be aiming to help the club avoid relegation during his loan spell.
Under the terms of the loan agreement, he is eligible to play for Burnley U23s in the Professional Development League.
