Top 6 Chelsea Academy Solo Goals : Nigeria-Eligible Midfielder With World At His Feet Listed
On the eve of Chelsea's FA Youth Cup clash against Millwall, the official website of Chelsea has revealed the top six solo goals scored by an Academy player and a Nigeria-eligible midfielder in the shape of Faustino Anjorin has made the cut.

Chelsea thrashed Wolverhampton Wanderers 7-0 to book a place in the quarterfinals of the FA Youth Cup on February 10, with their inspirational captain netting the pick of the goals five minutes before halftime.

The number 10 waltzed his way past several Wolves players and clipped the ball delicately over the onrushing goalkeeper to give Chelsea a 3-0 lead.

The other Academy goals that made the shortlist were scored by Mason Mount (vs Birmingham), Clinton Mola (vs Tottenham Hotspur), Loftus-Cheek (vs Liverpool) and Hudson-Odoi had two mentions for his brilliant efforts against Liverpool and Birmingham City.

Anjorin has the world at his feet and has already made his first team debut for Chelsea, playing the last 23 minutes in a 7-1 hammering of Grimsby Town on September 25 last year.

In doing so, he became the youngest player of Nigerian descent to debut for Chelsea in a domestic competition aged 17 years, 10 months and 2 days.
