Bayern Munich Coach Identifies One Weakness In Zirkzee's Game, Mulls Over Starting Exciting Teenager

Manager Hansi Flick remained coy on whether he would start Dutch-Nigerian striker Joshua Zirkzee in Sunday's Bavarian derby between Bayern Munich and Augsburg at the Allianz Arena.

The Netherlands U19 international filled in for the injured Robert Lewandowski against Hoffenheim last weekend and repaid the manager's faith in him by scoring fifteen minutes into his full Bundesliga debut.

Flick has identified one weakness in Zirkzee's game, saying he has to improve without the ball.

When asked if Zirkzee will make the starting line-up vs Augsburg, Flick told reporters at Friday's press conference : "I haven't decided yet. We also have a final training and time until Sunday.

"He still has a lot to learn, especially in the game without the ball. But in the end he is very good.

"It is important that you keep challenging him and giving him time to work. We will implement that."

The 18-year-old Zirkzee has scored three goals in approximately 100 minutes of action in the Bundesliga.
