In the National League, equivalent of fifth tier, Queens Park Rangers loanee Odysseus Alfa opened the scoring but his side Maidenhead United fell to a 2-1 home defeat against Stockport County at York Road.
Twenty seven minutes into the contest, Alfa volleyed home after he was set up by debutant Asonganyi.
Still in the division, Sutton United and Hartlepool United shared the spoils with a 1-1 draw at The Knights Community Stadium.
Highly-rated Millwall-owned striker Isaac Olaofe broke the deadlock after only three minutes as he charged down an attempted clearance and fired the ball into the net.
Gozie Ugwu netted the game-winning goal in the 16th minute as Ebbsfleet United claimed a 1-0 victory against
FC Halifax Town at the Shay Stadium.

The former Reading youth-teamer slotted in at the near post, with Tomi Adeloye providing the assist.
Finally in the National League South, Concord Rangers and Tonbridge Angels shared the spoils in a six-goal thriller at Thames Road.
At minute 17, Temi Babalola headed home a cross to make it 1-1, three minutes after his team Concord Rangers had conceded.
