With four goals from 23 matches in the Albanian Kategoria Superiore, FK Bylis Ballsh's Odirah Ntephe has the honour of being the highest scoring Nigerian midfielder.
FK Bylis Ballsh have not lost a game Odirah got on the scoresheet, drawing twice against FK Partizani and thrashing Flamurtari.
There's a two-way tie for second place, with Glasgow Rangers Joe Aribo and FK Senica's Peter Eneji having three goals each to their names.
Wilfred Ndidi (Leicester City), Vincent Onovo and Obinna Nwobodo (both Ujpest), Abdul Zubairu (AS Trencin), Ovbokha Agboyi (NK Bravo), Frank Onyeka (FC Midtjylland), Ramon Azeez (Granada) and Michael Omoh (FC Poli Iasi) are joint fourth with two goals each.
Aribo has been the most effective Nigerian midfielder in all competitions, scoring an impressive 9 goals from 47 games and his eight assists in the Scottish Premiership make his goalscoring stats even more eye-catching.
