Chelsea Likely To Sell Victor Moses To Inter Milan For Less Than N4.1 Billion
Published: March 28, 2020
Chelsea are likely to sell Victor Moses to Inter Milan for a reduced fee, according to transfer market specialists Tuttomercatoweb.com.
The former Nigeria international joined the Nerazzurri on loan in the winter transfer market with a purchase clause set at ten million euros (N4.1 billion) inserted into the agreement.
But the Premier League side would be willing to end their eight-year association with the versatile winger for a lower price because he will enter the final year of his contract with The Blues in July and he's not in the plans of manager Frank Lampard.
In the event that he is not acquired on a permanent basis when the transfer window opens, Chelsea risk losing the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations winner for nothing as he can start negotiating with another club in January 2021.
Moses has not played that much since reuniting with Antonio Conte, logging 359 minutes from a possible 810 in all competitions.
The 29-year-old was recovering from a thigh muscle injury before the Serie A was postponed.
